JUNIOR MMA GROUND WRESTLING

We are taking names for our new class. This class will give juinor (8 to 14) the chance to learn and compete in MMA Ground Wrestling.> MMA is great for learning self-defence and help with confidence and it will help you tone up and become fitter.

This class will start on Sundays at 11.30 until 1.30pm. Any Person who is intresed in becoming a champion, and who has dedication should email today . This is a must if you want to get fit and healthy and train to become a true champion .
