To ensure that we consistently deliver service excellence to our member we work with an industry leading third party to deliver a mystery shopping programme that provides us with ongoing feedback and insight into the member experience - this is an essential part of our commitment to quality. We actively encourage our members to participate in our Member Opinion Survey which takes place twice a year. This gives all our members the opportunity to provide feedback on every aspect of our service and facilities.
