FREESTYLE
Freestyle karate /kickboxing is amongst one of the most popular methods of tournament training. Ringside Gym aims to develope a highly successful team of fighters who's experienced and reputation will surge in popularity, thus increasing the exposure for all fighters and the club.
Classes will combine the techniques from, Karate, Kick-Boxing, Thai-Boxing and boxing with an aerobic workout and sparring. The degree of contact in a class sitiuation will be light to medium, and all fighters will have full protection before any fights begin.
Once selected to fight in a tournament, each student will be reminded that they are representing the club, and any unlawful action will be noted towards the club.
For the development of martial arts skill, freestyle provides a very useful means for someone to progress to the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS. The way is tough and all students must be STRONG towards the training and each other.
