Our S.W.A.T program is for people from the age of 8 years to adult. We combine fitness with Fun and awareness, so all the family can get involved. S.W.A.T is designed so that everybody will feel the benefit from one of the most comprehensive fitness programs available in the best possible atmosphere. Your success is our priority. We get to know you and we set individual goals for all S.W.A.T clients and we monitor the results. We personally match you with a trainer that can get the best results from you, based on your goals and strengths. Kids need to master bodyweight forces first which helps them develop their bones, ligaments, joints and tendons.
